Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe content on this site infringes a copyright you own or control, you may submit a written notice to our designated agent through our Contact Us page. To be effective, your notice should include, to the extent possible:
A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or someone authorized to act on their behalf; identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed; identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it on this site; your contact information (name, address, phone number, and email); a statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
What Happens After We Receive a Notice
Upon receiving a complete and valid takedown notice, we will review it and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the identified material in a timely manner, consistent with the DMCA.
Counter-Notice Process
If material you posted or that you believe was removed in error has been taken down, you may submit a counter-notice through our Contact Us page. A valid counter-notice generally includes your signature, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your contact information and consent to jurisdiction. Depending on the response, the material may be restored consistent with applicable law.
Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right, in appropriate circumstances, to address repeat infringement in a manner consistent with the DMCA.
